While the media continues to hammer the real estate industry, savvy buyers have realized this is an absolute terrific time to buy here at the beach. As testament to this, over a dozen properties have just recently been placed "under contract". This trend has continued for several weeks, and there is no sign it's letting up! The tide has change! I assure you, in about four months, the media will begin reporting that the real estate market is "picking-up."
