SPECIAL OFFER - Real Estate Special!

Freddie Mac, the mortgage company, reported Thursday that 30-year, fixed-rate mortgages averaged 5.87% this week. That was down from 6.07% last week and was the lowest level for 30-year mortgages in more than two years!

Rates on 15-year mortgages, dropped to 5.43%. Rates on five-year adjustable-rate mortgages declined to 5.63%. Rates on one-year ARMs fell to 5.37% from 5.47%.

SPECIAL OFFER: Coastwalk Real Estates preferred lender will "lock" a rate for up to 90 days (note: poor credit will affect your interest rate)! There is NO cost or obligation to you, however, the rate lock must take place by 1/31/2008. Please respond to this email if you are interested!

If you're planning to buy, I highly urge you to take advantage of this timing. Locking a rate does NOT require you to select a specific property.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you!
