I hope you’re enjoying the fall, my favorite time of year here at the beach. There are so many things to do!

Recently we had the Seafood Blue & Jazz Festival, Island Day, The Salty Paws Festival (thank you to everyone who donated & organized this terrific event), the Hot Wax Surf Contest, the Carolina Beach Fire Department BBQ (yummy), Fall Festival in Ft Fisher, and Trick-or-Treat at the Ft Fisher Aquarium.
What a time of year!

Speaking of which, I want to remind everyone that Daylight Savings time expires Sunday morning, November 6th, so be sure to set your clocks back one hour.
And also don’t forget about the Carolina Beach Christmas Parade on Friday, December 2nd, with the Flotilla to follow on the 3rd.

In my most recent e-newsletter, I introduced a handful of videos that have been added to our website. These videos showcase unique attributes of Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Wrightsville Beach, Wilmington and Topsail Beach. If you have a chance, please take a look at www.CoastwalkRealEstate.com, you’ll be glad you did!
